Neuromancer, by William Gibson: uh… I don’t know. Not really pleasant to read (with this little habit of explaining things only ten pages after they’re been introduced, if at all), not really riveting (although the second half is a faster read and you do want to know how it ends), and of course the whole SF thing hasn’t so much gotten old as been reused in every possible way by every possible storyteller for twenty years. True, though, that it must have been “a mindbender of a read” at the time it came out. Now, it just remains an interesting, worthy read.

We don't need newsletters, and we don't need Twitter; RSS still exists.
