I’m hesitating to buy a new battery (even if a cheap, generic one) when I could get a cute, tiny, portable Ixus or even a Sony-Ericsson cameraphone, so how much do you think I could get out of a Canon Powershot G3 in perfect health except for the battery, with a 256MB CompactFlash card?

It's a simple as registering for free to an RSS aggregator (Feedly, NewsBlur, Inoreader, …) and adding www.garoo.net to your feeds (or www.garoo.net if you want to subscribe to all my topics). We don't need newsletters, and we don't need Twitter; RSS still exists.
