Weird — I can’t tell whether (a) I’m more depressed than I realized (b) letting the last season linger for two years made it better or (c) it’s actually a thousand times better than all the drivel they’d subjected us to before. Not perfect, mind you, but with a surprising number of strong scenes, and an unbelievably low ratio of their usual “goddamn how much dumber can they get” moments. Or it’s just (a).
Can you believe there was a time when every sex scene in a Queer as Folk episode was a historic event to be screencapped and published all over the web?
