Call me old-fashioned, but I think if you’re going to make a movie centered around, and named after, the Queen of England, you ought to hire a professional director of photography who’ll know how to make it look better than a cheap TV movie.
Nevermind that everyone but Helen Mirren was just damn unwatchable. And the dialogue was horrible. And there wasn’t anything remotely interesting in this movie at all. I can’t imagine that being British would make think it was good.
