Caprica

You know, when they talk about the SciFi (sorry, SyFy) movies of the week and how stereotypically awful they are? No idea whetherit could have been saved by better direction / production values / casting (the daughter’s voice is unbearable), but the point is it wasn’t.

<SPOILERS>

Not that I expect anything better from Ronald D. Moore, but it’s pretty lame to have humans talk about the One True God sixty years before the Fall.

Well, the rest of the story, and the basic premise, don’t make sense either, but I already knew that. (Although I didn’t know quite how stupid it would be — the very first Cylon was the most frakked-up of all? That’s such an uninteresting cliché.)

Want to know when I post new content to my blog? It's a simple as registering for free to an RSS aggregator (Feedly, NewsBlur, Inoreader, …) and adding www.garoo.net to your feeds (or www.garoo.net if you want to subscribe to all my topics). We don't need newsletters, and we don't need Twitter; RSS still exists.
