The secret is sleeping by periods of just a few hours. That way, you’re so tired that you’re not awake, even when you’re not sleeping. And then you’re left with only one or two hours of consciousness per day, which amounts to just the time I need for eating and reading my daily webcomics. I should have thought of that much earlier.

Want to know when I post new content to my blog? It's a simple as registering for free to an RSS aggregator (Feedly, NewsBlur, Inoreader, …) and adding www.garoo.net to your feeds (or www.garoo.net if you want to subscribe to all my topics). We don't need newsletters, and we don't need Twitter; RSS still exists.

j'ai déjà essayer moi j'arrive à l'effet inverse à la longue, la seul solution c'est de changer les horaire de repos tout les jours...

C'est une thérapie par altération de la conscience ? Je crois que c'est comme ça que le narrateur de Fight Club finit par rencontrer Tyler Durden... Le sommeil "réparateur" peut devenir un outil d'analyse et donc un instrument de destruction.
