Cocoa pasta with cream — it’s called “crème anglaise” (English cream) in French so I’ve got no idea how to translate it.

P.S. Thanks to rhino75 for contributing — it’s custard.

at last, une faille!! ca s'appelle "custard" - personally I think it looks quite nice but then I AM British. Bon appetit!

Ah, oui, c'est vrai ! J'arrive jamais à m'y faire... ça ressemble trop à mustard :)

And if you get past the idea of pasta with custard, there's nothing weird about this: it's just flour, cocoa and custard :)

and in the US it's called "crème anglaise" 'cause everyone knows custard is thicker than crème anglaise!
